On your brochure you do you give me photo credit, however I have found my photo on other blog sites listing you as the photographer. This is so not OK. It is my photo, copyright 1992 by Maureen Hurley, and I have never given you permission to use it. So this is very distressing

Why are you using my photo for your logo? You do not have permission, nor did you ask me. it is fairly easy to find me on the Internet if you do a photo search using Google images. I found my photo on another blog where you are given photo credit. Imagine my surprise. I am understandably upset by this turn of events. My photo is copyrighted 1992 by Maureen Hurley. I suggest that you put my name on every iteration of my photo as soon as possible. I don’t mind fair use, but I do mind the fact that it looks like you’re also monetizing my photo as well.
